某发动机再制造装配方法的研究
[Abstract]:The world economy and technology are developing rapidly, but the resources we need for human development are limited on the planet, especially now that the pace of life is getting faster and faster, resulting in a rapid decline in the amount of available resources. At the same time, people's life brings pollution to the earth environment, which makes the living environment level decline. Because of these reasons, human beings have to seek and explore a new way of sustainable development, which can make mankind obtain the most economic benefits under the premise of the least consumption of the earth's resources and the least pollution of the earth's environment. The remanufacturing industry is a kind of production mode with these advantages. The remanufacturing industry is developing rapidly in our country. Among them, the automobile engine remanufacturing is one of the most typical representatives of the remanufacturing industry in our country. The benefits are obvious. The assembly of the remanufacturing engine has a critical impact on the overall performance of the final product. In this paper, starting with the remanufacturing engine assembly link, in order to reduce the loss of the remanufactured parts during assembly, combined with the actual production situation of the remanufacturing engine, the corresponding assembly strategy is put forward. The assembly of the crank assembly of a remanufacturing engine produced by a factory is verified as an example. Firstly, because of the recent start of the remanufacturing engine in our country and the immaturity of the recycling pipe system of the waste engine in our country, the output of the remanufacturing engine in many enterprises is not much. Therefore, on the premise of assembly in small batch production of remanufacturing engine and combining with the actual situation of remanufactured parts, a direct selection method combining exhaustive method and greedy method is put forward in this paper. To solve the assembly problem of four parts in the crank assembly of the remanufacturing engine. Secondly, with the continuous promotion and support of the remanufacturing industry, the production scale of the remanufacturing engine is increasing day by day. Therefore, a grouping assembly strategy is proposed to solve the practical problems of remanufacturing parts in mass production. Finally, the assembly mathematical model is programmed by MATLAB, and the graphical user interface corresponding to different batch assembly is established in the GUIDE module of MATLAB. The interface is simple and easy to operate, reduces the workload of the assembler, and improves the assembly efficiency.
