汽车后侧围零件的焊装线设计研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,工业机器人被越来越广泛地应用于汽车制造领域,各大主机厂焊装线的自动化程度得到了很大提高。汽车零部件供应厂商的焊装线虽然也在大量使用工业机器人,但是自动化程度普遍偏低,多为单机器人作业工位或双机器人作业工位,依然需要大量的工人来配合机器人作业。为了降低生产成本,越来越多的汽车零部件供应厂商对新焊装线设计的自动化程度提出了更高要求,力求减少用工数量,提高生产效率。汽车零部件供应厂商的自动化焊装线工艺规划方案较为灵活多变,控制系统设计无固定模式可循,控制难度较大。本文结合工厂实际项目,对某汽车后侧围零件的自动化焊装线设计进行了研究。首先在分析后侧围零件焊接工艺性的基础上,研究了焊装线的工艺规划过程、设计了焊装线的工艺布局,并通过模拟仿真研究了焊装线系统构成的合理性。接着分析了后侧围零件焊装线上常见的焊装工艺及设备。然后对焊装线工艺装备系统的工作原理和应用场合进行了研究分析。然后在分析后侧围零件焊装线工艺流程和控制任务的基础上,采用基于ProfiNet现场总线的分布式I/O控制方案,构建了PLC控制系统和机器人控制系统的网络结构,并设计了基于ProfiSafe安全总线的分布式故障安全系统。最后运用模块化的程序设计思路和面向对象的结构化编程方法设计了焊装线的PLC控制程序结构和机器人系统程序结构,并设计完成了部分关键设备的控制程序。本文的研究成果已应用于实际的某汽车后侧围零件焊装线生产制造,为汽车中小型零部件的焊装线自动化设计提供了参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, industrial robots are more and more widely used in the field of automobile manufacturing, and the degree of automation of welding and assembling lines in major mainframe factories has been greatly improved. Although industrial robots are widely used in welding and assembling lines of auto parts suppliers, the degree of automation is generally low, most of them are single-robot or dual-robot, and still need a large number of workers to cooperate with robots. In order to reduce the production cost, more and more automobile parts suppliers put forward higher requirements for the automation of the new welding line design, and strive to reduce the number of employees and improve the production efficiency. The process planning scheme of auto parts supplier automation welding line is flexible and changeable, the control system design has no fixed mode to follow, and it is difficult to control. In this paper, the design of automatic welding line for the rear side parts of a certain automobile is studied in combination with the actual project of the factory. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the welding process of rear side part, the process planning process of welding line is studied, the process layout of welding line is designed, and the rationality of welding line system is studied by simulation. Then, the common welding process and equipment are analyzed. Then the working principle and application situation of welding line process equipment system are studied and analyzed. Then, on the basis of analyzing the process flow and control task of welding and assembling line for rear side parts, the distributed I / O control scheme based on ProfiNet fieldbus is adopted to construct the network structure of PLC control system and robot control system. A distributed fault safety system based on ProfiSafe security bus is designed. Finally, the PLC control program structure and robot system program structure of welding assembly line are designed by using modularized program design idea and object-oriented structured programming method, and the control programs of some key equipments are designed and completed. The research results in this paper have been applied to the production and manufacture of the welding and assembling line of the rear side part of a certain automobile, which provides a reference for the automatic design of the welding and assembling line of the small and medium-sized parts of the automobile.
