热处理工艺对超导阻隔层用铌板力学性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了热处理工艺对超导阻隔层用铌板力学性能的影响。铌板经去应力退火及再结晶退火处理,对处理后铌板的力学性能进行研究。结果表明:经9000~1000℃/60~90min的去应力退火及850~900℃/80~100min再结晶退火处理后的铌板力学性能可满足技术条件要求。
