基于TOPSIS法的大型床身优选设计

【摘要】:以球形蜗杆砂轮磨齿机的床身为研究对象,设计了不同的床身结构作为备选方案,并建立了各方案参数化模型,对其进行了灵敏度分析和多目标优化计算确定其最优尺寸参数,通过对其进行有限元分析获得了优选决策的初步数据。建立了床身优选评价的TOPSIS数学模型,经计算求解优选出最佳方案。对比分析了优选前后床身的静态和动态性能,验证了床身的优选结果的有效性,完成了球形蜗杆砂轮磨齿机床身的优选设计。
[Abstract]:Taking the bed of the spherical worm grinding wheel gear grinder as the research object, different bed structure is designed as the alternative scheme, and the parameterized models of each scheme are established. The sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization calculation are carried out to determine the optimal size parameters. The preliminary data of optimal selection decision are obtained by finite element analysis. The TOPSIS mathematical model of bed selection and evaluation is established, and the optimal selection scheme is obtained by calculation. The static and dynamic performances of the bed before and after the optimal selection are compared and analyzed, the effectiveness of the optimal selection results is verified, and the optimal selection design of the bed of the spherical worm grinding gear grinding machine is completed.
