低碳制造环境下车间有限刀具多目标调度研究

【摘要】:为解决低碳制造环境下刀具在机床之间的调度问题,基于任务的机床分配方案,聚焦于车间内刀具的流转和使用过程,建立了综合考虑生产任务的完工时间、加工成本及加工碳排放的多目标刀具调度模型。针对调度过程中刀具资源数量和寿命受限的问题,在NSGA-Ⅱ算法基础上,提出了考虑解个体不可行度的选择算子,并利用不可行阈值的自适应更新方法,维持种群中不可行解在一定的比例,用来提高算法对于优化解的搜索能力。实验验证结果表明,与仅考虑完工时间的模型相比,本模型得到优化方案的加工成本、碳排放分别降低了21.8%、14%。所建立的多目标刀具调度模型能有效地解决低碳制造环境下车间有限刀具的调度问题,计算得到的帕累托最优解集为刀具的优化调度提供了可行的解决方案。
