量具用GCr15钢热处理尺寸变化的分析

【摘要】:不同原始组织在热处理过程中产生的变形不同。针对GCr15的试验结果表明:不同原始组织在淬火后及400℃以下回火时相对原始长度均增加,而在400℃以上回火时相对原始长度均缩短;在相同的热处理工艺下,球化3级的变形小于片状珠光体组织。对比不同球化工艺,采用等温球化和长时间加热球化获得的球化组织不均匀,效率低,且能耗大,而淬火+高温回火球化能够获得更均匀的球化组织,大幅提高了生产效率。
