退火工艺对SUS410L不锈钢热轧板组织与力学性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同退火工艺对SUS410L铁素体不锈钢热轧板组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在600~800℃退火保温10~30 min,随着退火温度、时间的增加,再结晶程度增加,强度降低,伸长率升高;在750℃退火保温40~60min,随着退火时间延长,力学性能变化不明显;经850℃退火后,钢中有马氏体生成,由于马氏体相变强化作用,使得试样的强度升高、伸长率下降;马氏体显微硬度为180~190 HV,铁素体显微硬度为130~140 HV。
