TB6钛合金β相区加热下晶粒生长行为

【摘要】:研究了TB6合金β相区加热过程中的β晶粒生长规律,计算了β晶粒生长激活能,并建立了β晶粒生长相关模型。结果表明:β晶粒尺寸随保温时间增加,先快速增加,后缓慢增加;随加热温度升高,β晶粒尺寸先缓慢增加,加热温度超过940℃时,β晶粒尺寸快速增加;β晶粒尺寸与保温时间存在幂函数关系,与加热温度存在指数关系。计算了合金β相区晶粒生长激活能为92.77 k J/mol,并建立了β晶粒生长模型,模型计算值与实验数据的平均误差为8.9%。
