还原氧化石墨烯在达克罗膜层中的应用

【摘要】:为了提高达克罗膜层的防腐蚀性能,采用共混法将氧化石墨烯(GO)分散液与达克罗处理液(dacromet)共混,在Q235钢表面制备含GO的达克罗涂层,通过高温热还原法得到还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)改性的达克罗膜层。采用热重分析和差热分析对氧化石墨烯的热性能进行了表征,使用扫描电镜(SEM)和交流阻抗技术(EIS)对改性达克罗膜层的表面形貌和电化学行为进行表征。结果表明:GO含氧官能团初期热裂解温度为162~260℃,含GO达克罗膜层经200℃高温固化后,膜层更致密;在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡相同时间,含0.9%GO达克罗膜层经热处理后的阻抗值最大;260℃处理得到的rGO达克罗膜层的防护效果最佳;rGO可提高达克罗膜层的致密性及防腐蚀性能。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the anticorrosion performance of the Dacromet film, a Dacromet coating containing GO was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by blending the graphene oxide (GO) dispersions with the Dacrol treatment solution (dacromet). A Dacromet film modified by reduced graphene (rGO) was prepared by high temperature thermal reduction. The thermal properties of graphene oxide were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis. The surface morphology and electrochemical behavior of modified Dacromet film were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and AC impedance technique (EIS).
