合金球墨铸铁轧辊的试制

【摘要】:介绍了合金球墨铸铁轧辊的技术要求及铸件结构,详细阐述了铸件的试制方法:选用60%重RE球化剂+40%轻RE球化剂,冲入法进行球化处理,球化剂加入量1.40%;采用高Ba-Ca孕育剂进行包内孕育,加入量为0.7%,在铁液浇注时加入0.1%、粒度为0.3~1 mm的S-O孕育剂,进行随流孕育;采用部分奥氏体化正火+回火热处理工艺,奥氏体化温度为880~900℃,回火温度为580~600℃。生产结果显示:铸件的抗拉强度平均为667 MPa,屈服强度平均为411 MPa,伸长率为14%,布氏硬度平均为320 HB,且铸件的内外硬度基本一致。
