铝合金电弧预熔丝激光焊工艺特性研究

【摘要】:提出了基于电弧预熔丝的激光焊方法,研究了入射能量对焊丝熔化状态以及焊缝成形的影响,进一步对焊接过程的工艺适应性进行了分析。结果表明,当焊接电流较小时,焊丝能稳定地熔化、填充进熔池中,增大焊接电流有利于增加焊丝前端的熔化长度;增加激光功率对焊丝熔化量无影响。电弧预熔丝激光焊方法可降低焊缝气孔率,对装配间隙具有很好的适应性。
[Abstract]:A laser welding method based on arc premelting wire is proposed. The influence of incident energy on the melting state and weld forming of welding wire is studied. The process adaptability of welding process is analyzed. The results show that when the welding current is small, the wire can melt stably and be filled into the weld pool. The increase of welding current is beneficial to increase the melting length of the front end of the wire, and the increase of laser power has no effect on the melting amount of the wire. Laser welding with arc premelting wire can reduce the porosity of welding seam and has good adaptability to assembly clearance.
