大型锻件坯料内裂纹愈合的物理模拟

【摘要】:针对锻造过程中钢锭内部裂纹缺陷的愈合情况进行研究,设计了裂纹愈合的实验室模拟实验与工业级模拟实验.通过在Gleeble热压缩试样中预制裂纹缺陷,研究了变形温度和变形量对内部裂纹愈合的影响,发现变形温度越高,变形量越大,内裂纹的愈合效果越好.为了验证Gleeble实验结果的准确性,保证其结果在实际锻造生产中的适用性,设计了锻件内部裂纹愈合的工业级模拟实验.结果表明在1200℃,变形量为40%时,可以有效焊合锻件内部裂纹.
[Abstract]:Based on the research of internal crack healing of ingot during forging process, the laboratory and industrial grade simulation experiments of crack healing were designed. The effects of deformation temperature and deformation amount on internal crack healing were studied by prefabricated crack defects in Gleeble hot compression specimen. It was found that the higher the deformation temperature, the larger the deformation amount, the better the healing effect of internal crack. In order to verify the accuracy of Gleeble experimental results and ensure the applicability of the results in actual forging production, an industrial grade simulation experiment on internal crack healing of forgings was designed. The results show that the internal crack of the forging can be welded effectively at 1200 鈩,
