激光测厚仪在热轧生产线上热防护的设计

【摘要】:在激光测厚用于铝板带热轧生产过程中时,由于热轧生产线上温度较高且超出激光位移传感器的工作温度范围,测厚装置无法正常使用。为了保证传感器的正常工作,研究了传感器的热防护措施,并设计了相应的热防护装置,采用风冷、半导体制冷、水冷和绝热的组合措施。经过测试,传感器环境温度可以控制在(25.6±0.1)℃(设定温度25℃),起到了热防护的作用,并有效地减小了传感器的温度漂移,达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:When the laser thickness measurement is used in the hot rolling process of aluminum sheet and strip, the thickness measuring device can not be used normally because of the high temperature in the hot rolling line and beyond the working temperature range of the laser displacement sensor. In order to ensure the normal operation of the sensor, the thermal protection measures of the sensor are studied, and the corresponding thermal protection device is designed. The combined measures of air cooling, semiconductor refrigeration, water cooling and adiabatic are adopted. After testing, the ambient temperature of the sensor can be controlled at (25.6 卤0.1) 鈩,
