国内外Inconel600合金微量元素比较研究

【摘要】:为找出国内外Inconel600合金在使用性能上存在的差异,采用扫描电镜及能谱仪对经高温处理的合金进行分析。结果表明:国内外合金夹杂物中微量元素的差异较大,国内合金中C、Ti、N、Si、Al、O的含量均比国外合金高,且分布不均匀。国内合金中还存在Mg、Ca、Ba、S和P等元素。国内合金的抗氧化性能较国外低。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the difference in the performance of Inconel600 alloys at home and abroad, the high temperature treated alloys were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that there are great differences in trace elements in alloy inclusions at home and abroad, and the contents of C _ (Ti) N _ (N) Si (Al) O in domestic alloys are higher than those in foreign alloys, and the distribution is not uniform. Elements such as Mg,Ca,Ba,S and P also exist in domestic alloys. The oxidation resistance of domestic alloys is lower than that of foreign alloys.
