工艺参数对TC11钛合金表面电火花沉积TiN涂层显微组织和磨损性能的影响(英文)
[Abstract]:The effects of process parameters (discharge voltage x, nitrogen flow rate l and specific hardening time s) on microstructure and wear resistance of TiN coatings deposited by EDM were studied systematically. The coating microstructure was characterized by coating thickness (TOC), TiN content (CON) and porosity (POC). A mathematical model was established to determine the most significant effect on the microstructure and wear resistance of the coating. The results show that discharge voltage x and nitrogen flow rate l have great influence on most of the parameters, such as coating thickness, friction coefficient (COF) and wear weight loss (I / D), while specific strengthening time s has a great effect on porosity. The effect on other indicators is not significant. The optimum process parameters are as follows: discharge voltage 60V, nitrogen flow rate 15 L/min and specific strengthening time 3 min/cm~2.. Due to the change of the wear mechanism of the coating, the weight loss of the coating varies with the discharge voltage and nitrogen flow rate. Under the optimum process parameters, the main wear mechanism of TiN coating is micro-cutting wear accompanied by slight fracture wear.
