特高压钢管塔薄壁管与高颈法兰的手工MAG焊接培训工艺

【摘要】:特高压输电线路钢管铁塔是架空高压输电线路的重要组成部分,其焊接质量已成为输电线路整体质量的重要环节。由于管径273 mm,壁厚≤6.0 mm的塔材的管径和壁厚较小,对其与锻造带颈法兰的焊接提出了新的难点。针对该焊接难点,制定了手工V型坡口管对接水平转动焊培训工艺。通过对焊接人员实施培训,达到了严格控制薄壁管焊接工艺过程的目的,使焊缝一次合格率得到显著提高。
