焊后热处理对新能源汽车6063-T5散热器搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能的影响

【摘要】:采用搅拌摩擦焊(friction stir welding,FSW)方法进行了新能源汽车6063-T5铝合金散热器的焊接,并进行了525℃×2 h固溶,200℃×6 h时效的焊后热处理,测试和分析了焊接接头的拉伸性能和冲击性能。结果表明,与母材相比,搅拌摩擦焊接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和冲击吸收功分别达到母材的82%、89%、86%、90%;焊后热处理接头的的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和冲击吸收功分别达到母材的101%、104%、98%、113%。焊后热处理明显提高了接头的力学性能。
