基于3D模型与案例配色的数控机床双色配色研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization and the improvement of consumer awareness, consumer demand for products has been raised to emotional satisfaction level. As one of the elements of product appearance, color plays an important role in the first reaction of consumers and users to the products. Its emotional association and influence on consumers are far greater than those of shapes and materials. Color research plays an important role in the research of NC machine tools, and it is of great significance to study the color matching of NC machine tools. Based on the research of color image and case knowledge, this subject is a product color matching research. The purpose of this paper is to establish a two-color matching system based on case based NC machine tools through theoretical and experimental research. In the process, the color matching rules of NC machine tools are analyzed and summarized, the color matching image features of NC machine operators are constructed and the case image value matching is completed. On this basis, the case base of color matching is constructed, and the retrieval, evaluation and optimization are carried out. In the study, the relationship between color matching beauty and color matching factors such as color matching region, color brightness and saturation based on 3D model is discussed, which provides a direction for NC machine tool color matching optimization. The main contents are as follows: 1) the color matching method of NC machine tools and the common color extraction. The color matching method and color are extracted from the relevant factors of NC machine tool color matching. The methods of color matching include color matching area, color block connection mode and aesthetic law. In the research, the classification results are obtained by summing up and analyzing. Multi-dimensional scale analysis and clustering analysis are used to study the existing colors in common color matching. Based on this, six kinds of color values are obtained. 2) the color matching region and the relationship between color and color matching beauty of NC machine tools are studied. In the study, the relationship between color matching region and color beauty was studied by experimental method. The results showed that the positive color matching region and color had a significant effect on beauty. Then the influence of color saturation and brightness on color matching beauty was studied experimentally. The results showed that the influence of brightness on beauty was correlated with hue, and the relationship between saturation and beauty increased with the increase of saturation value. Combined with eye movement experiment, the experimental results are verified. 3) the color image features of NC machine tools are constructed. Based on the research on the image of no color modeling of NC machine tool and the research on the image requirement of operator of NC machine tool, the color image of NC machine tool is supplemented by the image of color matching of NC machine tool. 4) the case system of color matching of NC machine tool is constructed. Case based two-color matching study of NC machine tools is driven by case knowledge. In the study, a more comprehensive representation of NC machine tool case knowledge is established, including product description, product color meaning, and description of product color matching method. Finally, case knowledge representation, case system retrieval, evaluation, optimization and learning are studied. In this paper, a new research idea on color matching of NC machine tools is put forward, which provides an objective basis for color matching optimization of NC machine tools, and effectively helps designers to accurately grasp the color needs of operators and consumers and to improve the efficiency of color matching of designers.
