偏心轴工件磨削X-C联动关系模型研究

【摘要】:提出基于平面刚体运动的偏心轴轮廓磨削曲柄滑块运动模型。运用矢量方法对做平面刚体运动的砂轮和偏心轴进行了运动关系分析,给出了偏心轴磨削X-C联动关系模型。通过推导砂轮中心轨迹线等距包络出的轮廓曲线至偏心圆中心距离恒定的结论,证明按此关系模型联动,砂轮包络出的轮廓即偏心轴轮廓;RV减速器偏心轴零件加工过程仿真也表明X-C位置联动关系模型的正确性。
[Abstract]:A motion model of crank slider for eccentric shaft profile grinding based on plane rigid body motion is proposed. The motion relationship between grinding wheel and eccentric shaft in plane rigid body motion is analyzed by vector method. The X-C linkage model of eccentric shaft grinding is presented. By deducing the conclusion that the distance between the contour curve and the center of the eccentric circle is constant, it is proved that the contour of the wheel envelope is the profile of the eccentric shaft according to the linkage of the model. The machining process simulation of eccentric shaft of RV reducer also shows that the X-C position linkage model is correct.
