高功率光纤激光焊接研究现状及展望

【摘要】：高功率光纤激光器具有稳定性好,光束质量高,使用简便,维护成本低等优点,在汽车、船舶和航空制造等行业已经得到成功应用。本文详细讨论了高功率光纤激光焊接薄板和中厚板材料的研究现状,分析了高功率光纤激光焊接的特点,最后阐述了高功率光纤激光焊接目前存在的问题及在焊接应用中的发展方向。
[Abstract]:High power fiber laser has many advantages such as good stability, high beam quality, easy to use and low maintenance cost. It has been successfully applied in automobile, ship and aviation industry. In this paper, the research status of high power fiber laser welding sheet and plate material is discussed in detail, and the characteristics of high power fiber laser welding are analyzed. At last, the problems existing in high power fiber laser welding and the development trend in welding application are described.
