体育器材用镁基型材挤压工艺研究与优化

【摘要】:为了改善体育器材用镁基合金型材的塑韧性和强度,基于织构和力学性能的分析结果,采用不同的挤压温度、挤压速度和挤压比对Mg-Al-Sn-In新型镁合金型材挤压工艺进行了优化。结果表明,在试验条件下,随挤压温度从300℃提高到400℃,型材的抗拉强度和屈服强度均先提高后下降,断后伸长率先提高后基本不变;随挤压速度从1m/min增大到3 m/min或挤压比从10增大到20,型材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率均先提高后下降。与300℃挤压相比,375℃挤压型材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增加27%、62%、201%;(0002)基面的织构最大值减小27%。型材的挤压工艺优选为:挤压温度375℃,挤压速度2.5 m/min,挤压比13。
