PCBN刀具车削镍基高温合金GH4169再生颤振仿真与试验研究

【摘要】:针对PCBN刀具车削镍基高温合金GH4169中颤振对加工效率和质量的影响,建立一种根据切削参数有效判定切削状态的方法。首先建立了二自由度外圆车削再生颤振模型,然后利用锤击法对数控车床的刀具系统进行模态试验,测定了1阶频率、模态阻尼、模态刚度、模态质量等模态参数;设计了二自由度外圆车削再生颤振MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,根据仿真结果预测了稳定极限切削深度和颤振的主振方向。最后利用PCBN刀具进行变切深试验。试验结果表明,仿真模型正确。
[Abstract]:In view of the effect of flutter on machining efficiency and quality in turning nickel base superalloy GH4169 with PCBN tool, a method of determining cutting state according to cutting parameters is established. Firstly, the regenerative flutter model of two degrees of freedom outer circle turning is established, and then the modal parameters such as first-order frequency, modal damping, modal stiffness and modal mass are measured by using hammering method to carry out modal tests on the tool system of NC lathe. The MATLAB/Simulink simulation model of regenerative chatter in two degree of freedom outer circle turning is designed, and the stable limit cutting depth and the main vibration direction of chatter are predicted according to the simulation results. Finally, the PCBN tool is used to carry out the experiment of varying cutting depth. The experimental results show that the simulation model is correct.
