核电控制棒驱动机构密封焊缝激光堆焊修复工艺研究

【摘要】:采用高功率激光对材料为304LN的AP1000核电站控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)Canopy焊缝模拟体进行堆焊维修,焊丝采用镍基Inconel 690合金,并研究堆焊工艺、堆焊层成形特点及显微组织。结果表明:通过焊丝伸入熔池,以熔体热传导的方式进行熔化,可以更好地保持熔池的稳定性,并获得表面成形优异的焊道;焊道搭接率为42%时,堆焊层非常平整,余高顶部和搭接部之间高度差仅在100~135μm之间;熔池边界处未混合区铁素体富集,与奥氏体的Inconel 690堆焊层形成晶格差异,会导致平直的Ⅱ-型边界出现;堆焊21道次才能对整个密封环进行双层覆盖,两道交替堆焊可保证密封环不出现下塌现象。
[Abstract]:The high power laser is used to maintain the (CRDM) Canopy weld analogue of the control rod driving mechanism of AP1000 nuclear power station (304LN). The wire is made of Ni-base Inconel 690 alloy, and the surfacing technology, forming characteristics and microstructure of the surfacing layer are studied. The results show that the stability of the weld pool can be better maintained and the excellent surface formed welding pass can be obtained by melting through the wire into the weld pool and melting by the way of melt heat conduction. When the lap ratio is 42, the surfacing layer is very smooth, and the height difference between the top of the remaining height and the lap part is only between 100 渭 m and 135 渭 m. The enrichment of ferrite in unmixed zone at the boundary of molten pool makes lattice difference with austenitic Inconel 690 surfacing layer, which leads to the appearance of straight 鈪,
