锻造比对H13模具钢晶粒组织遗传规律的影响

【摘要】:为探究锻造比对H13模具钢晶粒组织遗传性的影响,在实验室条件下对H13模具钢进行真空冶炼,并加工成锻造比不同的锻件。观察锻造前后、不同锻造比下以及锻件在进行860℃等温球化退火后的金相组织变化。研究结果表明:锻造比为1时,经等温球化退火后H13模具钢晶粒保持了原试样的组织形态,具有明显的遗传现象;随着锻造比的增大,晶粒度增加,晶粒细化,晶粒组织的遗传性减弱;当锻造比为4时,晶粒度达到8.1,达到超细晶粒等级,晶粒组织的遗传现象基本消除;随着锻造比的增大,晶粒破碎明显增加,弱化了其组织的遗传性。
