7075铝合金的同步冷却热成形工艺

【摘要】:对H18态7075铝合金进行了同步冷却热成形+时效处理,研究了其宏观形貌、回弹角、显微组织和拉伸性能,并与传统冷压成形后的进行了对比,探索了7075铝合金同步冷却热成形的可行性。结果表明:同步冷却热成形工艺适用于7075铝合金,成形后试样的回弹角为0.03°,远低于冷冲压成形后的,且成形后试样不发生翘曲变形;经同步冷却热成形工艺成形后试样的显微组织与传统冷冲压成形+固溶处理后的基本一致,经120℃×24h的时效处理以后,其屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为553.98,635.08MPa,满足相关标准对T6态7075铝合金的性能要求。
[Abstract]:The aging treatment of H18 7075 aluminum alloy by simultaneous cooling hot forming was carried out. The macroscopic morphology, springback angle, microstructure and tensile properties of H18 aluminum alloy were studied, and the results were compared with those after conventional cold pressing. The feasibility of simultaneous cooling hot forming of 7075 aluminum alloy was explored. The results show that the synchronous cooling hot forming process is suitable for 7075 aluminum alloy, and the springback angle of the formed sample is 0.03 掳, which is much lower than that after cold stamping, and the specimen does not warp after forming.
