径向剃齿刀CAD

【摘要】:径向剃齿刀是一种高效的齿轮精加工刀具,但是需要针对不同的齿轮设计不同的刀具,设计工作量大。本文结合刀具生产企业对径向剃齿刀设计的迫切需求,开发径向剃齿刀CAD系统,实现刀具的参数化设计,为实现径向剃齿刀计算机辅助制造奠定了基础。首先,基于微分几何与齿轮啮合原理的基础上,建立了径向剃齿刀加工标准齿轮的数学模型,并得到了径向剃齿刀的齿面方程和齿面点坐标值。通过对比径向剃齿刀齿面与其最接近的标准渐开螺旋面,以修形量的形式表示出来,得到了其齿形、齿向设计曲线。分析轴交角、刀具齿数对径向剃齿刀齿面修形量的影响。其次,径向剃齿刀加工修形齿轮的模型,修形齿轮齿面通过其法向修形量与标准齿轮齿面来确定,根据修形齿轮的修形量计算径向剃齿刀修形量。分析齿轮鼓形量对径向剃齿刀齿面修形量的影响。再次,在径向剃齿刀容屑槽的不同排列方式下,分析被剃齿轮齿号与刀具齿号之间的啮合关系,得到了被剃齿轮齿面剃痕与刀具齿号之间的关系。在单槽距排列下计算了容屑槽错位量的大小,提出了错位量验算指标。最后,径向剃齿刀CAD总体系统划分为四大模块:基本参数输入模块、刀具设计计算模块、CAD绘图模块、数据库处理模块。在VC++6.0的平台上,利用AutoLISP工具进行软件的设计,实现了系统设计的参数化。该刀具CAD软件最终实现径向剃齿刀二维工程图的输出。
[Abstract]:Radial shaving cutter is an efficient gear finishing tool, but it needs to design different cutting tools for different gears. In this paper, the CAD system of radial shaving cutter is developed in order to realize the parametric design of the cutter, which lays a foundation for the computer-aided manufacture of radial shaving cutter. Firstly, based on the meshing principle of differential geometry and gear, the mathematical model of standard gear machining with radial shaving cutter is established, and the tooth surface equation and tooth surface coordinate value of radial shaving cutter are obtained. By comparing the tooth surface of radial shaving cutter with its standard involute spiral surface, the tooth shape and tooth direction design curve of radial shaving cutter are obtained in the form of modification. The influence of the shaft intersection angle and the number of cutter teeth on the profile modification of radial shaving cutter is analyzed. Secondly, the model of machining modified gear with radial shaving cutter, the tooth surface of modified gear is determined by its normal modification and standard gear tooth surface, and the modification quantity of radial shaving cutter is calculated according to the modification of modified gear. The influence of gear drum shape on tooth surface modification of radial shaving cutter is analyzed. Thirdly, the meshing relationship between the shaved gear number and the cutter tooth number is analyzed under the different arrangement of the shaved tooth shaving cutter, and the relationship between the shaved gear tooth face and the cutter tooth number is obtained by analyzing the meshing relationship between the shaved gear tooth number and the cutter tooth number. The size of the dislocation quantity of the chip-holding slot is calculated under the arrangement of single slot spacing, and the checking index of the dislocation quantity is put forward. Finally, the overall system of radial shaving cutter CAD is divided into four modules: basic parameter input module, tool design and calculation module, CAD drawing module, database processing module. On the platform of VC 6.0, the software is designed by using the AutoLISP tool, and the parameterization of the system is realized. The CAD software of the cutting tool finally realizes the output of the two-dimensional engineering drawing of the radial shaving cutter.
