HTRB600高强钢筋高温力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:随着科技的进步,我国《混凝土结构设计规范》也在进一步的修订,《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)的修订,将高强钢筋列入规范之中,进一步促进了高强钢筋的工程应用。众多的学者也开展了对高强钢筋的性能及应用方面的研究。本文以HTRB600高强热轧带肋钢筋为研究对象,对其在不同温度下及经历不同温度后的力学性能开展试验研究,主要内容如下:1、在不同温度下的力学性能选用江苏沙钢集团有限公司生产的HTRB600高强热轧带月牙形肋钢筋(直径为25mm)作为母材加工制作成共9组标准件。其中常温1组,其余8组加热高温,温度分别为150℃、225℃、300℃、400℃、500℃、600℃、700℃和800℃。结论如下:(1)随着温度的升高,HTRB600高强钢筋在高温下的屈服强度、极限强度、弹性模量、断面收缩率、伸长率和极限应变等力学性能变化规律不一。约在400℃极限强度明显降低,温度超高600℃后,极限强度急剧降低;约在300℃屈服强度明显降低;断面收缩率随温度的升高先升高后降低,在500℃时达到峰值;随着温度的升高伸长率增加,超过500℃,伸长率增加较快。(2)高温下HTRB600高强钢筋的极限强度、屈服强度和弹性模量等力学性能退化规律与其它低等级的普通钢筋和HRBF500钢筋的退化规律基本一致,随着温度的升高而降低,但是降低幅度值相差较大;高温下HTRB600高强钢筋伸长率随着温度的升高而增加,与普通钢筋、冷轧钢筋及冷拔钢筋类似,与HRBF500钢筋变化规律相差较大。2、经历不同温度后的力学性能对长度为450mm,直径为16mm,共18组钢筋,加热温度分别为150℃、250℃、400℃、550℃、700℃和850℃;分别自然冷却、浸水冷却和随炉冷却三种方式,研究不同温度加热和冷却方式对钢筋力学性能的影响。得出结论:(1)经历不同高温和不同冷却方式作用后,HTRB600高强钢筋的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量和伸长率等力学性能参数都有变化,其变化规律受其经历的温度高低和冷却方式的影响。温度作用相对较低(550℃及以下)时,钢筋力学性能变化不明显;温度作用相对较高(高于625℃)时,钢筋各项力学指标变化较大。当温度较高(700℃、800℃和850℃)时,不同冷却方式对钢筋力学性能影响较大,其中采用浸水冷却方式与另外两种冷却方式相差较大。(2)利用最小二乘法得到高温冷却后HTRB600高强钢筋屈服强度比、极限强度比、弹性模量比和伸长率比在不同加热温度和不同冷却方式下的各性能参数的表达式。
