车轴数控滚压机床装夹系统的设计与分析

【摘要】:车轴是机车行走部件的关键零件,其性能好坏直接关系到车辆的行车安全。在车轴生产中使用表面滚压强化工艺可以大幅提高车轴疲劳强度,因此车轴表面滚压强化工艺、设备及其相关技术已成为当前机车制造工业不可或缺的关键技术之一。为实现铁路机车、车辆、地铁等车轴类零件的表面滚压强化,研究团队自主研发了新型车轴数控滚压机床。本文主要根据车轴数控滚压机床的整体要求,完成了机床车轴装夹系统的设计,并针对系统关键零件进行了力学分析与计算,然后利用有限元方法分析了机床装夹系统的动、静特性,最后完成了设备的安装、调试和初步的滚压试验。结果表明,机床装夹系统可实现车轴的自动夹紧、轴向中心定位和匀速旋转,其整体结构强度和刚度满足设计要求。新型车轴数控滚压机床结构简单,外观整洁,生产效率高,滚压出的车轴尺寸精度高、表面质量好,其各项性能指标均达到了预定的目标。
[Abstract]:Axle is the key part of locomotive moving parts, and its performance is directly related to the driving safety of the vehicle. The application of surface rolling strengthening technology in axle production can greatly improve the fatigue strength of axle. Therefore, the surface rolling strengthening technology, equipment and related technology of axle have become one of the indispensable key technologies in the current locomotive manufacturing industry. In order to realize the surface rolling strengthening of railway locomotive, rolling stock, subway and other axle parts, the research team has developed a new type of axles numerical control rolling machine for railway locomotives, rolling stock, subway and so on. In this paper, according to the overall requirements of the CNC rolling machine tool, the design of the axle clamping system of the machine tool is completed, and the mechanical analysis and calculation of the key parts of the system are carried out. Then the movement of the clamping system of the machine tool is analyzed by the finite element method. Static characteristics, finally completed the installation of the equipment, debugging and preliminary rolling test. The results show that the clamping system of the machine tool can realize the automatic clamping of the axle, the orientation of the axial center and the uniform rotation. The strength and stiffness of the whole structure meet the design requirements. The new CNC rolling machine has the advantages of simple structure, neat appearance, high production efficiency, high dimension precision and good surface quality. All its performance indexes have reached the intended target.
