德国公司开发出更加高效的3D打印热冲模

【摘要】:正专门从事液压机技术的德国公司Schuler,已经宣布将3D定向和3D打印技术整合到热冲压工艺中。预计将通过在模具中创建"保形冷却通道"来改进工艺,并帮助提高材料性能,这将有助于加速模具冷却过程。据悉,Schuler将于2016年10月25~29日在德国汉诺威举办的Euro BLECH2016国际钣金加工技术展览会上展示其最新技术进展。
[Abstract]:German company Schuler, which specialises in hydraulic press technology, has announced the integration of 3D directional and 3D printing technology into hot stamping processes. It is expected that the process will be improved by creating a conformal cooling channel in the mold and will help to improve the material performance, which will help speed up the mold cooling process. It is reported that Schuler will present its latest technological progress at the Euro BLECH2016 International sheet Metal processing Technology Exhibition in Hanover, Germany, October 25-29, 2016.
