溶液温度对内燃机用TC4钛合金超声波空蚀行为的影响

【摘要】:应用超声波气蚀技术研究了溴化锂溶液温度对内燃机用Ti-6Al-4V钛合金造成的空蚀作用。研究了钛合金在不同溴化锂溶液温度中发生空蚀的特征,分析了空蚀行为与溶液温度的关系。结果表明:在空蚀初期,合金受溶液温度影响的程度不大;随着溴化锂溶液温度的增加,粗糙度和空蚀深度先增加后减小,在溶液温度达到50℃时达最大值。当溶液温度升高后,合金点蚀电位与再钝化电位往负方向移动,合金的点蚀电位下降,更易发生点蚀过程。在溶液温度为50℃时,合金钝化膜达到最大破坏程度。溶液温度继续升高,合金自腐蚀电位开始正移,形成了新的稳定钝化区。
[Abstract]:The cavitation effect of lithium bromide solution temperature on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy used in internal combustion engine was studied by ultrasonic cavitation technique. The characteristics of cavitation corrosion of titanium alloy in different temperature of lithium bromide solution were studied, and the relationship between cavitation corrosion behavior and solution temperature was analyzed. The results show that the alloy is not affected by the solution temperature at the initial stage of cavitation corrosion, and the roughness and cavitation depth increase first and then decrease with the increase of the temperature of lithium bromide solution, and reach the maximum value when the solution temperature reaches 50 鈩,
