镁合金热辊轧制温升效应研究

【摘要】:研究了热辊轧制中AZ31B镁合金不同工艺条件下厚度方向温度分布及其与组织的关系,并在此基础上建立了能量守恒的简化方程来预测温升。结果表明:变形过程中各层金属的温升均与压下率正相关,而与初轧温度反相关。辊温显著影响轧制时的表面温降和总体温升,使得热辊轧制表层组织中孪晶明显减小,轧板中再结晶更加充分。此外,基于能量守恒的简化方程的计算结果与实测数据吻合较好。
[Abstract]:The temperature distribution in thickness direction of AZ31B magnesium alloy in hot roll rolling process and its relationship with microstructure were studied. On the basis of this, a simplified equation of energy conservation was established to predict the temperature rise. The results show that the temperature rise of each layer in the deformation process is positively correlated with the reduction rate, but inversely correlated with the initial rolling temperature. The temperature of roll significantly affects the surface temperature drop and the overall temperature rise during rolling, which makes the twin in the surface structure of hot roll decrease obviously, and the recrystallization is more abundant in the rolling plate. In addition, the calculated results of the simplified equation based on the conservation of energy are in good agreement with the measured data.
