奥氏体钢焊接缺陷的超声波检测技术研究

【摘要】:使用HS610e型数字式超声波探伤仪配合单晶纵波斜探头,对专门制作的奥氏体不锈钢对接焊接接头试块研究超声波检测,得到了典型缺陷的超声检测图幅。利用实验结果,对某炼油厂220万t/年加氢装置高压管道奥氏体不锈钢焊缝进行了检测,取得了良好的结果。
[Abstract]:Using HS610e digital ultrasonic flaw detector and single crystal longitudinal wave oblique probe, the ultrasonic testing of austenitic stainless steel butt welded joint is studied, and the ultrasonic inspection map of typical defects is obtained. Based on the experimental results, the austenitic stainless steel welds in the high pressure pipeline of a 2.2 million t / year hydrogenation unit in a refinery have been tested and good results have been obtained.
