高Mg铝合金板材轧制过程边缘裂纹特性研究

【摘要】:变形铝合金在工业装备中具有广泛的应用,其中5083铝合金具有代表性,该系列合金具有优良的力学性能和机械加工性能,可用作各种成形工艺,广泛地被车辆、轮船等交通行业采用。高镁铝合金板材在轧制过程中的边缘裂纹问题一直是制约板材轧制质量的主要问题之一。本文采用热力物理模拟、数值模拟与轧制实验结合的方法,对高镁铝合金中的代表合金5083铝合金轧制工艺进行了研究。利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对铸态5083铝合金进行了250、300、350、400、450℃以及应变速率为0.002、0.01、0.1、1、10 s-1条件下的热压缩实验,研究了铸态5083铝合金的热压缩变形行为,求得本构方程(?),构建合金加工图,为制定5083铝合金轧制工艺参数提供依据。拉伸变形试验温度分别为25℃、100℃、200℃,应变速率为0.1 s-1、1 s-1、10 s-1,求得断裂门槛值C。利用有限元软件Deform-3D对铸态5083铝合金进行数值模拟,预测了铝合金轧制裂纹萌生的条件,并用轧制实验对其验证,数值模拟结果与轧制实验结果误差小于5%。对切割好的板材试样在轧机上进行轧制实验,变量为轧制变形量、轧制道次、退火温度和合金镁含量,结果表明:当轧制变形量由49%增大到75%,轧制裂纹长度由0.12 mm增大到0.95 mm;当轧制变形量为80%时,5083铝合金经过1道次轧制后裂纹萌生长度为0.97 mm,5道次轧制后裂纹萌生长度为0.69mm;铝合金板材经过40%轧制后在150、200、250、300和350℃退火再进行40%轧制,在150℃裂纹萌生长度为1.96 mm,在300℃裂纹萌生长度为0.4mm,退火温度达到300℃后,板材裂纹长度不在变化;在相同轧制条件下,轧制裂纹随着合金中镁含量的提高成指数增长,在60%变形量时裂纹长度随镁含量变化方程为y=0.000570x6.57。根据数值模拟和轧制实验确定的参数,对轧制实验设备的参数:摩擦系数和轧辊直径大小进行了模拟,得到摩擦系数为0.3、0.4、0.5和辊径为150 mm、180 mm、240 mm时板材进行轧制实验的轧制裂纹长度、有效应变、有效应变速率及轧制力的变化,结果表明:在轧制条件一定情况下,当摩擦因数由0.5减小到0.3,裂纹长度逐渐减小,在摩擦因数为0.3时不再产生裂纹;在辊径为150mm轧制时裂纹萌生长度为0.324 mm,在辊径为240 mm轧制时裂纹萌生长度为0,表明增大轧辊直径可以降低轧件边部裂纹的萌生。
