不同变形量对纯镍退火行为影响的原位研究

【摘要】:采用EBSD技术观察了不同变形量高纯镍三叉晶界的退火行为。结果表明,在退火初期,部分三叉晶界处形成尺寸较小的晶核且与基体呈孪晶关系。在进一步退火过程中,这些晶核中的大部分被其它快速长大的晶粒所吞并。轧制变形量为5%和10%时,长大晶粒是样品中的原有晶粒,它们通过形变诱发晶界迁移的方式快速长大,并在长大过程中激发出大量Σ3n(n=1,2,3…)等重位点阵晶界。变形量为20%时,长大晶粒是退火初期形成的尺寸较大的再结晶晶粒,它消耗周围形变组织并快速长大,在长大过程中也激发出大量Σ3n(n=1,2,3…)等重位点阵晶界。
[Abstract]:The annealing behavior of trigeminal grain boundaries of high purity nickel with different deformation was observed by EBSD technique. The results show that at the initial stage of annealing, some trigeminal nuclei with smaller size and twinning relation with the matrix are formed at the trigeminal boundary.
