高频脉冲电流耦合交流CMT焊对2060铝合金接头组织与力学性能的影响

【摘要】:采用不同频率的高频脉冲电流耦合交流CMT(cold metal transfer)焊,分别以ER4043及ER5356焊丝为填充材料,对2060铝锂合金进行焊接。结果表明,不同频率的高频脉冲电流对焊接接头的气孔数量及大小影响显著。耦合高频电流焊接后,焊缝中心的气孔数量减少,气孔大都集中在熔合线及焊缝边缘;与填充ER4043焊丝相比,填充ER5356焊丝的气孔数量少,尺寸也较小。不同的脉冲频率均能不同程度地细化显微组织,填充焊丝为ER4043,脉冲频率为40 k Hz时,组织细化现象显著,接头各区的硬度较高;填充焊丝为ER5356,脉冲频率为60、70 k Hz时,组织细化现象显著,接头各区的硬度较高。
[Abstract]:2060 Al-Li alloy was welded by high frequency pulse current coupling AC CMT (cold metal transfer) welding with ER4043 and ER5356 wires as filling materials. The results show that the number and size of pores in welded joints are significantly affected by high frequency pulse current at different frequencies. After coupling high frequency current welding, the number of pores in the center of the weld decreases, and most of the pores are concentrated in the fusion line and the edge of the weld. Compared with the filled ER4043 wire, the number and size of the pores filled with the ER5356 wire are also smaller. Different pulse frequencies can refine the microstructure in different degrees. When the pulse frequency of ER4043, is 40 k Hz, the microstructure refinement phenomenon is remarkable, and the hardness of the joint is higher. When the ER5356, pulse frequency is 60 and 70 k Hz, the microstructure refinement is obvious and the hardness of the joint is high.
