基于线阵CCD的阶梯轴自动测量装置的控制系统研究

【摘要】:针对阶梯轴在检测过程中存在的检测参数多、重复精度低以及人工检测费时费力的实际情况,提出一种基于线阵CCD的阶梯轴自动测量方法,并在详细分析所研究测量装置的技术指标要求后,给出了测量装置的总体组成、工作原理以及控制系统的总体设计方案。分析研究测量装置在测量包括长度、直径、跳动量和圆柱度等参数所采用的测量原理,设计出基于CPU224XP和STM32为主控单元的双路控制系统,并重点对工件运动控制系统和数据采集与处理系统进行详细的软硬件设计。工件运动控制系统是由CPU224XP和EM235模块与电机驱动芯片YK2404MA和电磁阀组成,主要用于控制带动工件运动的电机和液压缸,并以I/O口通讯方式与上位机进行数据通讯,完成工件测量过程中的运动控制。工件数据采集与处理系统是以STM32为主控单元,并由长度测量控制单元、直径测量控制单元、跳动(径跳、端跳)测量控制单元、数据存储和打印单元等共同组成的,以串口通信的方式与上位机进行数据通讯。最后对所测量的主要参数(直径、长度、跳动)进行了详细的误差与精度分析,并通过实验对测量系统的精度进行验证。测试结果表明,该自动检测装置能够实现长度测量重复测量精度≤±10μm,直径测量重复测量精度≤±10μm,跳动量重复测量精度≤±30μm,圆柱度重复测量精度≤±15μm等主要性能指标,满足所提出的阶梯轴自动测量的技术要求。
