Mg-20Cu-8Sn和Mg-15Ca-5Sn储热合金的研究

【摘要】:以自主设计的镁基储热材料Mg-20Cu-8Sn和Mg-15Ca-5Sn合金为研究对象,利用排水法测定了其密度,结合金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电子探针(EPMA)等方法对其金相组织、物相组成进行了表征,并通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析了其相变温度、相变潜热。结果表明,Mg-20Cu-8Sn和Mg-15Ca-5Sn合金的密度分别为2.133和1.695g/cm3;前者主要相组成为α-Mg+CuMg_2+Mg_2Sn,后者为α-Mg+MgCa_2+Mg_2Sn;其相变温度和相变潜热值分别为462.42、517.37℃和136.4、195.1J/g。
[Abstract]:The density of magnesium based heat storage materials Mg-20Cu-8Sn and Mg-15Ca-5Sn alloy was measured by drainage method. The alloy phase microscope (OM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), was used as the research object. The metallographic structure and phase composition were characterized by electron probe (EPMA) and the phase transition temperature and latent heat were analyzed by differential scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the densities of Mg-20Cu-8Sn and Mg-15Ca-5Sn alloys are 2.133 and 1.695 g 鈮,
