双相不锈钢内界面特征分布和耐晶间腐蚀性能

【摘要】:分别在1 573,1 323K对UNS S31803双相不锈钢进行了固溶处理,再依次进行了冷轧和退火处理,利用电子背散射衍射和双环电化学动电位再活化法研究了该钢内界面特征分布和晶间腐蚀敏感性,并分析了二者之间的关系。结果表明:在1 573K固溶并经冷轧退火后,试验钢得到了α+!两相均匀分布的等轴组织,出现了大量满足K-S和N-W取向关系的低能相界,且α相中低界面能的小角度晶界所占比例超过50%,这些低能界面抑制了晶粒的长大,提高了试验钢的耐晶间腐蚀性能;在1 323K固溶并经冷轧退火后,试验钢的显微组织为α+γ两相条带组织,满足K-S和N-W关系的相界较少,α相中以大角度晶界为主,其耐晶间腐蚀性能较差。
[Abstract]:UNS S31803 duplex stainless steel was treated by solid solution treatment at 1573 K and 1323K, then cold rolled and annealed in turn. The interfacial characteristic distribution and intergranular corrosion sensitivity of the steel were studied by electron backscattering diffraction and double ring electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation method, and the relationship between them was analyzed. The results show that 伪 is obtained after solid solution at 1573 K and cold rolling annealing.
