Ce对热浸镀铝锌镀层的影响及相关相平衡研究

【摘要】:23 wt.%Al-Zn(即42 at.%Al)合金镀层因其优异的综合性能而被镀锌工作者所关注。但是,在实际生产中仍然存在金属间化合物层较脆易产生裂纹且镀层过厚等问题,而限制了它的广泛应用。稀土元素在金属材料中具有净化、除气、除杂、细化晶粒、强化基体和改善性能等作用。在23 wt.%Al-Zn熔池中添加一定含量的稀土Ce,可望改善镀层性能,提高镀层质量。为此,本工作主要围绕合金元素Ce对热浸镀铝锌镀层的影响及相关相关系展开研究,研究成果对于丰富铝锌基合金数据库及开发新型含稀土铝锌合金具有较强的指导意义和一定的应用价值。本工作运用平衡合金法,结合扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法,实验测定了540℃下Al-Zn-Ce、Al-Fe-Ce三元系的相关系,以及Al-Zn-Ce-Fe四元系42 at.%Al等温截面。研究结果如下:1)540℃Al-Zn-Ce(42 at.%Al)三元系等温截面中存在4个三相平衡区和一个三元化合物τ2;2)实验获得了540℃Al-Fe-Ce(0~66 at.%Al)三元系等温截面中的10个三相区,根据实验结果以及相关二元系推测还存在2个三相区。该等温截面发现了3个三元化合物Ψ1、Ψ2、Ψ3,并初步得到了Ψ3的成分(23.2~24.7 at.%Al、42.5~43.9at.%Fe和32.1~33.9at.%Ce)及X衍射图谱;3)Al-Zn-Ce-Fe四元系540℃42 at.%Al等温截面中共发现9个四相区,分别为:τ2+ɑ-Al+FeAl3+Liq.、Ψ1+τ2+FeAl3+Liq、FeAl3+Fe2Al5+Ψ1+Liq.、FeAl3+Fe17Ce2+τ2+CeZn2、FeAl3+Al2Ce+τ2+CeZn2、Al2Ce+Fe17Ce2+Ψ1+τ2、FeAl3+Ψ1+Fe17Ce2+τ2、FeAl+Fe2Al5+Ψ1+Liq.、Ce2Zn17+FeAl3+ɑ-Al+Liq.,以及8个三相区。该体系中未发现四元化合物,而Al-Zn-Ce三元化合物τ2和Al-Fe-Ce三元化合物Ψ1均在该等温截面中存在。采用烘干溶剂法热浸镀实验,并借助扫描电镜以及能谱分析仪,研究了合金元素Ce以及浸镀时间对铝锌镀层的表观质量、组织以及生长动力学的影响。研究结果表明,23 wt.%Al-Zn熔池中加入适量的Ce元素可以减少锌瘤,提高镀层表面光亮度和平整度,从而改善镀件的表观质量;Ce的加入不会改变镀层的组织结构,但是能够缩短Fe-Al合金层形成的孕育期;Q235钢在23 wt.%Al-Zn熔池中浸镀时,Fe-Al合金层的生长受界面反应控制,当铝锌熔池中添加Ce元素后,生长速率指数呈下降趋势,合金层的生长受界面和扩散反应的共同控制。
[Abstract]:The coating of 23 wt.% Al-Zn (i.e.,42 at.% Al) alloy has been paid attention to by the galvanized workers because of its excellent comprehensive performance. However, there are still some problems such as the brittleness of the intermetallic compound layer and the overthickness of the plating layer in the actual production. However, the rare earth element has the functions of purifying, degassing, removing impurities, refining the crystal grains, strengthening the matrix and improving the performance in the metal material. In this work, the influence of the rare-earth Ce on the hot-dip aluminized zinc coating and the related phase relation of the alloy element Ce are expected to improve the coating performance and improve the quality of the coating. In this way, the present work mainly deals with the influence of the alloy element Ce on the hot-dip aluminized zinc coating and the related phase relation.
