某数控机床在机检测的搭建与研究

【摘要】:智能制造当今制造业的主旋律,其感知功能主要是通过检测系统来实现的。在数控加工过程中构建在机检测系统能大大提高零件的制造精度和效率,因此开展数控机床的在机检测研究符合时代发展需求,具有广泛的应用价值。通过研究某数控机床的HEIDENHAIN ITNC530数控系统,搭建起该机床的在机检测系统;对系统中探测循环的工作原理和执行过程进行了深入研究,进而实现在制造过程的自动对刀功能,从而大大缩短了零件的加工辅助时间,降低劳动强度,提高加工效率。
[Abstract]:Intelligent manufacturing is the main theme of manufacturing industry, and its perceptual function is mainly realized by detection system. In the process of NC machining, the in-machine detection system can greatly improve the manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of parts, so the in-machine detection research of CNC machine tools meets the needs of the development of the times and has a wide range of application value. By studying the HEIDENHAIN ITNC530 CNC system of a CNC machine tool, the in-machine detection system of the machine tool is built, and the working principle and execution process of the detection cycle in the system are deeply studied, and then the automatic tool alignment function in the manufacturing process is realized, which greatly shortens the machining auxiliary time of the parts, reduces the labor intensity and improves the machining efficiency.
