【摘要】:正钒铁主要用作炼钢的合金添加剂,钢中加入钒铁后,可以显著提高钢的硬度、强度、耐磨度及延展性,改善钢的切削性能。随着对冶炼新钢种品质要求的提高,对冶炼过程中使用的原材料中微量元素的控制也日趋严格。快速而精确地测定钒铁中微量元素的含量,更加准确地控制冶炼则显得日益重要。目前钒铁中微量元素测定方法主要有硫酸脱水
[Abstract]:Ferrovanadium is mainly used as alloy additive for steelmaking. After adding ferrovanadium to the steel, the hardness, strength, wear resistance and extensibility of the steel can be significantly improved, and the cutting performance of the steel can be improved. With the improvement of the quality requirements of smelting new steel, the control of trace elements in raw materials used in smelting process is becoming more and more strict. It is increasingly important to determine the content of trace elements in ferrovanadium quickly and accurately and to control smelting more accurately. At present, the main determination methods of trace elements in ferrovanadium are sulfuric acid dehydration.
