时效热处理温度对6082铝合金壳体力学性能的影响

【摘要】:选用5种不同的时效温度对挤压成型的6082铝合金壳体进行了热处理,并进行了室温条件下的力学试验和磨损试验。结果表明:随时效温度从130℃增至190℃,壳体力学性能和耐磨损性能均先提高后下降;与130℃时效相比,经180℃时效使6082铝合金壳体的抗拉强度提高17%,屈服强度提高25%,磨损体积减小47%,断后伸长率从12.7%下降至9.6%。6082铝合金壳体的时效温度优选为180℃。
