S355厚规格钢板应变时效行为研究

【摘要】:对80 mm厚S355钢板进行应变时效冲击试验,从微观组织上对材料高应变时效敏感系数的原因进行了分析。结果表明:应变时效前后材料的组织未发生明显的改变,珠光体的含量较高,呈块状或球状,尺寸较小且分布较弥散。应变时效后,0~-60℃的冲击功均有一定程度的下降。在-20~-40℃具有较高的应变时效敏感性系数,高达70%以上。应变时效后位错密度大大增加。应变时效前位错分布均匀,应变时效后,位错缠结,位错的可动性大大降低,对材料的韧性造成很大的损害。时效温度附近出现的内耗峰是由于间隙C原子与位错钉扎和脱钉作用所致的结果。
