一种新型改性聚氨酯涂层性能研究

【摘要】:采用加速腐蚀实验方法,研究了聚酯改性丙烯酸聚氨酯有机涂层在模拟海洋环境中的腐蚀过程和失效机制。结果表明:聚酯改性的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层的失光率随加速实验周期的延长而逐渐增大,其附着力实验前后变化并不明显。在涂层的失效过程中,因腐蚀介质在涂层中的渗入,涂层的介电常数和孔隙率随着时间逐渐增大,电化学阻抗值逐渐减小,但是最终仍然保持在10~8Ω·cm~2左右。说明这种涂层在紫外辐射和周期浸泡的交互作用下仍然具有较好的耐蚀性和附着力,能够有效阻挡腐蚀介质的侵入,起到良好的耐蚀作用。
[Abstract]:The corrosion process and failure mechanism of polyester modified acrylic polyurethane organic coating in simulated marine environment were studied by accelerated corrosion test. The results show that the loss of light of acrylic polyurethane coating modified by polyester increases gradually with the prolongation of accelerated experimental period, and the adhesion of acrylic polyurethane coating does not change obviously before and after the experiment. In the failure process of the coating, due to the infiltration of corrosion medium into the coating, the dielectric constant and porosity of the coating increase gradually with time, and the electrochemical impedance decreases gradually, but it is still kept at about 10 鈮,
