金属注射成形制备IN713C合金的研究

【摘要】:为了寻找一种适用于汽油机涡轮增压器高温环境下使用的合金材料,选用IN713C合金作为研究对象,旨在探索最佳的IN713C注射成形工艺参数。对制备样品的密度、微观组织结构和力学性能进行测试和分析,发现850℃是较佳的预烧温度;当烧结温度为1 300℃,保温时间为3 h时,样品密度、硬度和拉伸性能最佳,烧结密度为7.83 g/cm~3,,相对密度为99.0%。
