Q235薄板高速电弧搭接焊工艺及效率分析

【摘要】:文中系统开展了Q235薄钢板单丝MAG,双丝MAG以及TIG-MAG复合等电弧搭接焊工艺研究,对上述焊接方法的焊接接头成形、微观组织、拉伸性能以及焊接熔化效率进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,在本试验条件下,单丝MAG焊接速度可达到0.9 m/min,焊接飞溅较少;双丝MAG焊速度可达到1.8 m/min,焊接飞溅多于单丝MAG焊;TIG-MAG复合焊接速度可提高到2.4 m/min,焊接飞溅最少。通过计算表明,与单丝MAG焊和双丝MAG焊相比,TIG-MAG复合搭接焊方法具有显著的低焊接热输入和高熔化效率特征。
