蜂窝板式换热器焊接工艺优化与性能分析

【摘要】:为改善蜂窝板式换热器机械强度,提高蜂窝板冲压成型极限,对板片焊接极限粘结力和冲压破裂极限强度的主要影响因素:焊点形状、焊接功率、焊接速度、焊接点距和焊点分布形式进行了优化,利用数控激光焊接机、拉力试验台和水压泵等试验设备,进行了单因素和多因素焊接薄板机械强度测试试验。单因素试验结果表明:相同工况下,螺旋焊点的薄板极限机械强度最大,表现为随焊接功率、焊接速度的增大,焊点极限机械强度先增加后减小;等边三角形焊点分布薄板冲压破裂的极限压强较大,随焊点距离增大迅速减小。正交试验表明:在螺旋焊点和等边三角形焊点分布下,焊接点距为50 mm、焊接功率为2.2 k W、焊接速度为2.5 m/min时,薄板冲压成型破裂极限最大,为8.6 MPa。较现有焊接工艺的冲压成型极限提升了7.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the mechanical strength of honeycomb plate heat exchanger and increase the forming limit of honeycomb plate, the main factors affecting the ultimate bonding force and breaking strength of sheet metal are: solder joint shape, welding power, welding speed, etc. The welding spot distance and the distribution of solder joint were optimized. The mechanical strength tests of single factor and multi-factor welded sheet were carried out by means of numerical control laser welding machine, tensile test bench and hydraulic pump. The results of single factor test show that the ultimate mechanical strength of the spiral solder joint is the largest under the same working conditions, which is shown as follows: with the increase of welding power and welding speed, the ultimate mechanical strength of the solder joint increases first and then decreases; The limit pressure of punching fracture of thin plate with equilateral triangle solder joint distribution is larger and decreases rapidly with the increase of solder joint distance. The orthogonal test shows that under the distribution of spiral solder joint and equilateral triangle solder joint, when the welding point distance is 50 mm, the welding power is 2.2 kW, and the welding speed is 2.5 m/min, the fracture limit of sheet metal is the largest, 8.6 MPa.. Compared with the existing welding process, the forming limit of stamping raised 7.5%.
