模锻态Al-5.87Zn-2.07Mg-2.42Cu合金的高温力学性能和显微组织(英文)

研究经T6时效热处理的模锻态Al-5.87Zn-2.07Mg-2.42Cu合金从室温升高到250℃时的高温力学性能和显微组织。高温拉伸试验结果表明,随着拉伸温度从室温升高到250℃,合金的抗拉强度从638降至304 MPa,伸长率从13.6%升至20.4%。通过透射电子显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术对合金的显微组织进行表征。研究发现,随着拉伸温度的升高,析出相发生粗化,位错密度逐渐降低,合金组织发生不同程度的动态回复。在250℃进行拉伸时,合金内形成许多由小角度晶界组成的亚晶组织。
