【摘要】:目前市场竞争加剧、经济全球化、信息技术快速发展以及客户需求的个性化,企业必须对客户需求迅速做出反应,然后推出满足客户需求的产品。这样企业不得不整合企业自身资源和核心竞争力,提高企业供应链协作效率,进而在日益激烈的市场竞争中占据有利位置。继个人计算机变革、互联网变革之后,云计算被看作第三次IT浪潮,是中国战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。它将带来生活、生产方式和商业模式的根本性改变,云计算将成为当前全社会关注的热点。在过去几年中,云计算已从新兴技术发展成为当今的热点技术。云计算具有开放、动态及低成本等特点,使得在解决供应链所存在的问题具有很大的优势。 首先收集目前供应链集成所面临的问题以及造成这些问题的根本原因:主要是信息共享效率低下导致供应链协同出现问题。为了描述供应链在云模式下的业务行为,定义了供应链云元素,把供应链云元素分为代理云、活动云、资源云三类,并对供应链云元素之间关系及使用约束进行说明。在供应链协同方面,通过分析云计算的特点,得出供应链组织在云计算模式下组织将朝着扁平化、配置智能化、组织边界模糊化方向发展,为了适应供应链组织结构变化所带来的影响,使用供应链云元素描述了云模式下供应链协同的活动流程。在供应链信息共享方面,通过分析云计算的特点,得出云模式下信息传递方式非线性化,信息传递规模海量化发展。为了适应这些变化,提升信息共享效率,使用供应链云元素分析出信息共享的内容以及提升共享效率的策略。在上述基础上,构建出基于云计算的供应链系统业务架构,并对业务调用过程进行分析,构建出系统的技术架构。最后分析在云计算模式下供应链平台所面临的威胁,以及面对这些威胁供应链平台所需要提供的安全服务,进而保障供应链平台安全。
[Abstract]:At present, the market competition intensifies, the economic globalization, the rapid development of the information technology and the individuation of the customer demand, the enterprise must make the quick response to the customer demand. Then the enterprise has to integrate its own resources and core competitiveness to improve the efficiency of supply chain cooperation. Then in the increasingly fierce market competition occupies a favorable position. After the personal computer reform, the Internet revolution, cloud computing is regarded as the third IT wave. Cloud computing is an important part of China's strategic emerging industries. It will bring about fundamental changes in life, production and business models. Cloud computing will become the focus of attention of the whole society. In the past few years. Cloud computing has developed from a new technology to a hot spot. Cloud computing has the characteristics of openness, dynamic and low cost, which makes it have a great advantage in solving the problems in supply chain. First of all, collect the current supply chain integration problems and the root causes of these problems:. In order to describe the business behavior of supply chain in cloud mode, the low efficiency of information sharing leads to the problem of supply chain collaboration. The supply chain cloud elements are defined. The supply chain cloud elements are divided into agent cloud, activity cloud, resource cloud, and the relationship between the supply chain cloud elements and the use of constraints. By analyzing the characteristics of cloud computing, it is concluded that supply chain organization will develop towards flat, intelligent configuration and fuzzy organizational boundary in cloud computing mode. In order to adapt to the influence of the change of supply chain organization structure, this paper describes the activity flow of supply chain collaboration in cloud mode by using the cloud element of supply chain. In the aspect of information sharing in supply chain, the characteristics of cloud computing are analyzed. In order to adapt to these changes and improve the efficiency of information sharing, the nonlinear information transfer mode and the development of information transmission scale are obtained. Using the cloud elements of the supply chain to analyze the content of information sharing and the strategies to improve the efficiency of sharing. On the basis of above, the business architecture of the supply chain system based on cloud computing is constructed, and the business call process is analyzed. Finally, the threats faced by the supply chain platform in cloud computing mode and the security services that the supply chain platform needs to provide in the face of these threats are analyzed in order to ensure the security of the supply chain platform.
