高可靠电路处理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在科学技术飞速发展的今天,计算机几乎被应用于人类社会活动的所有领域。在现代军事领域中,计算机是信息化、智能化武器系统的灵魂,是数字化战场的智囊群和指挥与控制者。信息时代的军事战争在一定程度上表现为是计算机技术的较量。应用于军事领域的计算机被称之谓军用计算机。军用计算机与商用计算机的区别是:它们是一类在作战现场使用的,具有特殊功能的加固型计算机,对可靠性、抗干扰、电磁兼容等要求相当高。仅就计算机的通用功能来说,军用机不一定比得上商用机,但其适应恶劣环境的能力,即对振动、冲击、高低温、潮湿、电磁干扰、盐雾、霉菌等的适应性是商用机无法比拟的。此外,在体积、重量、功耗,可靠性、维修性等方面,军用机也有严格的要求。一般的民用计算机和民用电路系统是不可以直接应用于军用计算机系统的。本课题论述了高可靠军用计算机的应用电路处理系统需要具备的性质,从总体设计、硬件设计、软件设计、结构设计、工艺设计等多个方面出发,阐述了设计高可靠电路处理系统的设计规范和方法。比如在硬件设计方面,应注意元器件的选型与筛选、逻辑电路的优化、抗干扰等。软件设计上着重于模块化设计、冗余设计和软件测试等。结构上考虑热设计和电磁兼容等。在实现上,例举了一款基于945GME芯片组的核心处理模块。硬件方面,对芯片进行了选择,详细分析了各硬件模块的电路设计和PCB设计,做了扎实的工作。并从结构设计、工艺等方面保证了该模块在恶劣环境下的适应能力。该模块已分别在某空军设备的控制系统中得到了实际应用。实践结果表明可靠性高、抗干扰能力强。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, computers are applied in almost all fields of human social activities. In the modern military field, computers are the soul of information-based and intelligentized weapon systems. The military war in the information age is to a certain extent the contest of computer technology. The computer applied in the military field is called military computer. The difference between a computer and a commercial computer is that they are used on the ground. Reinforced computers with special functions have very high requirements for reliability, anti-jamming, electromagnetic compatibility, etc. In terms of the general functions of computers, military aircraft are not necessarily comparable to commercial computers, but their ability to adapt to harsh conditions, that is, to vibration, The adaptability of impact, high and low temperature, humidity, electromagnetic interference, salt spray, mold and so on is unparalleled by commercial computers. In addition, in volume, weight, power consumption, reliability, maintainability, etc. Military aircraft also has strict requirements. General civil computers and civil circuit systems cannot be directly applied to military computer systems. This paper discusses the properties of the application circuit processing system of high reliability military computers. From the aspects of overall design, hardware design, software design, structure design, process design and so on, the design criterion and method of designing high reliability circuit processing system are expounded. For example, in hardware design, Attention should be paid to the selection and selection of components, optimization of logic circuits, anti-jamming, etc. In software design, emphasis is placed on modular design, redundant design and software testing, etc. In structure, thermal design and electromagnetic compatibility are considered. This paper gives an example of a core processing module based on 945GME chipset. In the aspect of hardware, the chip is selected, the circuit design and PCB design of each hardware module are analyzed in detail, and the solid work is done. The technology has ensured the adaptability of the module in the harsh environment. The module has been applied in the control system of some air force equipment. The practical results show that the module has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
